Presenters: This session will be led by Network Facilitators.

Intended Audience: General Education Teachers, Special Education Teachers, Social Workers, Psychologists, Speech-Language Pathologists, and other school personnel

Activity Description: Executive Functioning is a hot topic in education!  What is it? How do we support it? This all-network session will facilitate professional learning around the topic of Executive Functioning and how we can support it in the classroom.
After the main event, each network will have an opportunity to meet and discuss relevant topics.

Learning Objectives: Participants will:

  • Understand executive functioning and the different skills associated with it
  • Identify strategies to support executive functioning in the classroom

PD Hours: 3.0
Registration: 8:15 am to 8:30 am
Session: 8:30 am to 11:30 am

Any person with with a licence through Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is required to enter their Illinois Educator Identification Number (IEIN) when registering for this class. You can find your number by logging into the Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS)
